With the amount of hell I'm going to put my body through this year with all the standard races, distance obstacle races, and regular lifting/cardio, I'm looking to get a little more serious with my diet and how I fuel myself. I know these are supposed to be better than tablets because of the absorption rate but I want to know if anyone who takes them has noticed a definite difference using them.

I love liquid vitamins, although my vitamin D is still in caplet form.

I noticed a considerable difference when I switched to a liquid multi.

i've never taken anything more than a men's one a day vitamin.

honestly think a lot of them are just a waste of money. i try to get most of my nutrients through food.. but it requires a lot of eating.

I've always looked at vitamins as a "just in case I missed something" type of thing. I currently take Men's One-A-Day too but after reading numerous articles, the absorption rate is terrible for pills. I used to think "well 20% is better than 0%" but I'm looking to start getting a little more bang for my buck.

I've noticed unless I'm buying a huge jug of the stuff, the prices are very similar to the pills anyway.
