Watching what I eat has helped me drastically. As crazy as it sounds, a stupid iPhone app has helped me drop 16 lbs. I've since put back on 4lbs of it but also started taking a supplement with creatine in it so I know it's mostly just water.
I have started my training for the Tough Mudder in April. For the running portion, I'm basically training for a half marathon. If I can run 13.1 miles straight, I can do the 11 of the Mudder without much of a problem. Once my long runs start to get above 7 miles, the weight should really start to fall off. I've also switched my lifting routine to make more sense for both running distance while keeping the strength on for the Mudder. Basically more circuits.
I'm 10lbs away from my first goal. I'm 15 lbs away from being at my goal weight for the Mudder. 5 more lbs and I'll probably do a muay thai fight again since I'll be in that weight range again.
