Obviously none of you jerkoffs are lawyers but let's say I was in a car accident two years ago tomorrow, minor bumper to bumper contact. Little dents in each car. My Fault even though he stopped abruptly in his Stanley Steamer Van. Dude is suing for 50,000 dollars for not being able to work. Claiming emotional damages for his wife because he was out of work. What kind of proof, Doctor letters write ups and such whats would he need to prove and file a claim like this??

Again this is hypothetical.

He would need doctor bills, proof of injury, letters from his employer proving he was unable to work due to injury etc. Honestly, something like that would require a reliable defense attorney who would be able to beat a case of fraud like that pretty easily.
