so after two months of no gym due to the knee injury, it's back to work. my goal is to lose 70lbs by summer. i am pretty sure i can do it if i kick my ass. no more fast food, less booze, gym 5 days a week, and doing a little more on weekends. basically i have to do this to help alleviate the pain i get from the bone spur the doctor diagnosed at my follow up yesterday. it's do or die at this point.

anyone else have summer goals?

I've been lifting again, forgot how good it feels afterwards. That muscle exhaustion that shows you kicked oyur own ass.

I'm working on getting in shape for a fight in April. But that's more of a Spring goal. If all goes well, I'll stay in shape to fight twice during the summer. That's about all I got for fitness goals.

i lost almost 25 lbs off my bench from all this time off. time to man up.

No doubt. I've got to get my dog into shape since the previous owners didn't have time for her. Hopefully by Spring she will be ready.

frankie has around 5/6 neck and back rolls going on. i haven't been to the dog park or for a long walk in forever due to the pain, she needs to good outside time
