so after two months of no gym due to the knee injury, it's back to work. my goal is to lose 70lbs by summer. i am pretty sure i can do it if i kick my ass. no more fast food, less booze, gym 5 days a week, and doing a little more on weekends. basically i have to do this to help alleviate the pain i get from the bone spur the doctor diagnosed at my follow up yesterday. it's do or die at this point.
