I mountain bike as much as possible. It really depends on when it's nice out and I have the time. I also go to the gym 3 - 5 days a week. It'll consist of either an hour of running or 1 hour of lifting, and then a half hour of running.

I workout 5-6 days a week. Usually its 3 days in the gym and 3 days of MMA. Sometimes if i have a weekday off i'll do both in one day.

I need to get motivated to get fit. I go to work at 1pm but don't like working out before I go. I'd rather go afterwards but its 10:30pm when I get home and am pooped.

i just walk everywhere. and when i have the money and time, i like to eat mushrooms and then go on day long nature hikes.

I do exercise regularly. This is keeping me healthy and toned. I am also able to shed weight and body fats by exercises. While I was checking for fitness tips, I found about the élastique fitness and its benefits. It is good to carry out exercises regularly for body fitness and wellness.
