How often do you exercise?

I haven't really in a while. I went rock climbing on Saturday and still hurt today.
After dinner today at work, I walked the stairwells from the 1st floor to the 21st and back down. My legs were like jelly after. They wouldn't stop shaking.

Every other night I dress my extremities with strips of raw steak and try to fight off a pack of hungry dogs. The workout ends when the sun comes up.

i go to the gym 4-5 days a week. one of those days i do a 2 and a half mile run and ab work outs/push ups, the rest is strength training.

Got a kayak like two weeks ago and did around 35 miles in the past week with it. Also starting to hike a lot more often.

6 days a week, Sunday I stretch/rest

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I have an aikido class for two hours as well.

i bike or walk everyday, not as proper exercise per se, but to get places.

ride every day. about a 5 mile commute each way, plus riding after work once it gets nicer out to where a 20 mile ride is enjoyable
run every few days
pending my upcoming orthopedist* appointment, back to lifting weights 3-4 days a week

In the gym usually four or five days a week. I really should pick up something outside of the gym, but everything else gets boring quick.
