Eh, if you defend yourself from a shithead kid, somehow the parents will find a way to sue.

And I'm not sure if this girl is a special needs kid or if she goes to a special needs school but she needs to be evaluated. And if she is special needs, and the school isn't, she needs to be taken out of there and put in a school where the teachers know how to deal with this.
