I go to the gym. I do this thing called actually working out though. You know, focusing on various muscle groups, getting some freeweights and cardio in there, the whole thing. And also not looking like a retarded/wounded seal.

You might not get what I'm saying. This is a compound muscle exercise that is very taxing cardio as well. I would wager that none of you do these,. Of all body weight-only workouts, they are probably #1, 2nd would probably be pull ups or sprints.

I also lift regular weights, but I am moving away from them due to shoulder and back pain. Maybe like once a week at most now.

I do it to show up the meatheads who just like standing around machines. I look like hell because I love whiskey and barbecue, but it doesn't mean I'm not stronger than the guys who spray tan before the gym.
